To continue our story, we are looking for a passionate Sales Advisor to strengthen our team in Ghent. With Dropsolid Solutions, we offer mid-market customers the freedom to easily go digital. We start by building a digital strategy and look for the right converting solutions. A powerful Drupal 9 website, a multimarket platform in 25 different languages or a hyper-personalized marketing automation flow? And it doesn't stop there! After the sale we support the customer and offer the possibility to further expand the digital experience or to call on one of our extensive (marketing) services.

Responsibilities that excite you:

  • You detect and understand the sales and marketing needs of the customer and translate them into our services and solutions.
  • You are able to clearly define and present the added value that Dropsolid offers to the client. Together with the client, you calculate the return on investment.
  • You are responsible for the direct sales of our professional services, SaaS/PaaS and solutions around digital experiences.
  • You take care of the further expansion of the customer portfolio.
  • Your goal is to convince business owners and managers to build digital experiences to help them connect with their customers
  • With your dynamism and result-oriented attitude you go out on the road and convince the customer of our added value.
  • As a Sales Advisor you will be supervised by the commercial director and you will work closely with the digital marketing colleagues, service delivery managers and with the sales team.
  • You will be part of a strong collaborative and passionate sales team.
  • During a commercial project you are responsible for a smooth communication between the different teams within Dropsolid.

Job requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales and in generating new business
  • A bachelor or master degree in your possession or equivalent through experience
  • The mindset to always think in terms of customer centricity. You have smooth commercial skills. You build a relationship of trust with your customer, detect his needs and anticipate them
  • Knowledge or affinity with sales of digital media, enterprise software, open source and/or drupal technology is a strong plus!
  • A result-oriented attitude, shows enormous commitment and is triggered by commercial targets
  • A strong dose of self-confidence and strong negotiation skills, complemented with a healthy dose of creativity
  • The drive to strive for the desired commercial result together with the sales team
  • Smooth commercial skills, you know perfectly how to detect the needs of the customer through a needs analysis and you keep asking questions until you think you have enough information to offer the right solution
  • The motivation to further develop and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a strong plus
