Teamleader is a fast-growing Belgian tech company providing an online CRM platform for small and midsize businesses in Europe. Its main mission is to help SMEs work smarter. Since its foundation, Teamleader has experienced an exponential growth, aided by three consecutive funding rounds. As a pure digital player, Teamleader's website is the key channel for its customer journey.

The challenge

As a fast growing tech company, Teamleader was in need for a website that would be able to scale at the same rapid pace as the business. In addition, the company was looking for a strategic partner to help them further develop and execute on their online business strategy.

The results

Our Dropsolid teams developed a customer-centric integrated digital platform using Drupal 8. This led to an increase in both Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and the client's Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Key results:

  • Teamleader has a multilingual multimarket platform. Most content management is coordinated centrally. Nevertheless, regional teams can add specific content and make changes to the structure of their country's website. This distributed management is possible thanks to predefined custom paragraphs in Drupal 8.
  • User experience (UX) is defined for five different personas. Each persona has an individual customer journey, starting from the homepage.
  • A price simulator and online subscription forms have been integrated with Hubspot.
  • A contextualized chatbot engages with visitors at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Shorter time-to-market for new content and websites.
