Gent, Haarlem - MarTech innovator Dropsolid adds Synetic to its DXP partners and establishes a foothold in the Netherlands. The collaboration focuses on the joint sale and implementation of Open Digital Experience Platforms in the Netherlands. The growing demand for personal digital experiences from companies, organizations and governments inspires this collaboration.

DXP makes hyper personal experiences accessible and scalable

Dropsolid is developing an Open Digital Experience Platform (DXP) that enables digital agencies to serve their customers faster, safer and more efficiently. In this way, they easily deliver consistent and personalized digital experiences across web, email and other digital channels. The trend in which the focus was on the product or service is shifting towards putting the end customer completely at the center. Data privacy is crucial. And that is precisely where Dropsolid wants to make a difference with the major American platforms such as Hubspot, Sitecore and Adobe.

Dominique De Cooman, Dropsolid’s CEO: “I am very excited to work with the Synetic team to offer the best digital experiences to the Dutch market as well. The Flemish government recently partnered with us for their new tourism platform. We also see the same questions for privacy-first digital platforms in other European countries. ”

Nick Veenhof, Dropsolid’s CTO: “Our open philosophy is that we continue to invest in the strong foundations of Dropsolid Experience Cloud, and that we make it accessible to more customers through our partners. In this way we let more organizations benefit from all the benefits that an Open DXP has to offer. We provide the core technology, our partners do the magic with it.”

Open source, open collaboration and the best TCO for the client

Synetic is a full service digital agency with a strong technical DNA. There is a growing need for convenience among consumers. Successfully digitizing companies understand this better than anyone. Only by tailoring the contact moments to someone's needs and removing the unnecessary noise, is there a chance to be selected. In that sense, giving attention results in drawing attention.

Daniel Smidt, Synetic’s CEO: “With this open DXP we put the customer completely at the center in a modern, transparent and responsible way: open source, machine learning and based on first party data. The ultimate goal here is to show the end user that he is getting relevant content, ease of use and efficiency in return for making his preferences available voluntarily.”

In an increasingly digital world, in which consumers expect a highly personal experience, this open collaboration provides a future-proof solution for medium-sized companies and governments. It makes a hyper personal user experience accessible to all.
