Meet our Operations Manager Laurence.
Having taken on all roles from graphic design to project management Laurence knows what a website is about. She has had the opportunity to broaden this knowledge in various departments at Dropsolid, while developing her managerial skills. As Operations Manager she is now guiding and coaching teams to excel in digital experiences and customer satisfaction. Being among her teams, listening and helping, inspiring and mediating, adjusting and changing, is what she's most passionate about.
