To continue our story, we are looking for a driven Webmaster to strengthen our Talent team (consultancy).

Dropsolid Consultancy strengthens organizations with specialized open-source expertise-from Drupal, Mautic, UX/UI, SEO to (open) AI-via continuous knowledge sharing, direct communication and flexible, personal collaboration. This enables them to realize their digital ambitions faster and more effectively.

Your responsibilities

  • Generating and posting compelling and persuasive online content.

  • Running email marketing campaigns and social media.

  • Manage and maintain company websites across multiple CMS platforms including Drupal, WordPress, and Microsoft Power Pages.

  • Ensure website functionality, performance, and availability.

  • Implement design updates, plugins, integrations, and content changes.

  • Monitor website analytics, SEO performance, and user feedback to optimize usability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and design teams to align web content with business goals.

  • Maintain web security protocols and perform regular audits.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a webmaster or in a similar web management role.

  • Strong knowledge of Drupal, WordPress, and Microsoft Power Pages.

  • Solid understanding of web protocols, hosting environments, and domain management.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO principles.

  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
