Michiel Desticker

About

Michiel is a dedicated Product and Infrastructure Engineer at Dropsolid with a background in Applied Computer Science from HoGent. He began his journey at Dropsolid as an intern, where his passion for cloud technologies and infrastructure automation quickly became evident. 

After completing his internship, Michiel transitioned into a full-time role within the Cloud Experience Team, where he has since taken on the responsibility for internal IT and infrastructure.

Michiel has a particular interest in container orchestration using Kubernetes and is skilled in technologies like Ansible, Linux, Docker, MySQL, and networking. His technical expertise is complemented by a love for movies and a commitment to recreational running, adding a balanced touch to his professional and personal life.
