With over 20 years of experience in the digital landscape and managing teams, it's Steven personal mission to use this knowledge to provide strategic advice and facilitate people to make the right choices. He has been able to gather his knowledge by education, by being an entrepreneur launching multiple initiatives (and occasionally hitting a wall and getting back up again), but most of all he was able to grow in his various roles by having valuable conversations with people crossing his path. Steven takes listening very seriously, he listens and tries to understand, and if he doesn't, he keeps asking until he understands the core of what people are telling him. That is for Steven the core of having good conversations. His energy level gets a boost by learning from others and using his own knowledge to unblock others in making choices, both on professional as well as personal matters.
In 2013 Steven and Dominique founded Dropsolid. Steven has always made it a point of honour to guide people and companies in his network towards the best possible fit for their needs. This was never the one with the most features, nor the cheapest or most expensive one, nor the one that had the best design or user experience, even the fact of it being a solution our company is selling, was not the trigger to give the best possible advice. The key decision-making point is the expectation of the stakeholders and how the service or solution would match their needs. Always willing to intensively listen to what challenges you have right now and I'm open to share mine!
