We are seeking a Strategic Director who will lead our multidisciplinary team of Experience Architects, including UX Strategists, UX/UI Designers, SEO Specialists, Conversion & Data Analysts, Functional Analysts and Marketing Automation Experts. As a member of the management team, you will report directly to the Co-CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our digital services, spearheading innovation, and championing the integration of AI-driven services and solutions into our portfolio.

You will be both a visionary and an operational driver: cultivating strategic client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and guiding our talented team to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Your in-depth understanding of shaping digital strategies, creating business impact, the technology landscape, open-source communities and marketing technologies, combined with your proven commercial acumen, will help drive business growth and ensure sustainable value creation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision & Leadership:

    • Define and articulate the strategic roadmap for Dropsolid’s Experience Architecture services.

    • Ensure that AI-driven capabilities are integrated into our service offering and are put as first-class citizens in our offered solutions, helping clients leverage advanced personalization, automation, and analytical insights.

    • Collaborate closely with the management team to shape our market positioning and ensure alignment with the company’s vision, values, and growth objectives.

    • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, sharing knowledge and inspiring innovation within the team.

  • Commercial Engagement & Client Relationships:

    • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, translating their business objectives into actionable digital strategies and solutions.

    • Identify and cultivate new commercial opportunities, leading high-level pitches and negotiations to win strategic accounts.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to clients, ensuring that their digital experience investments deliver measurable value and competitive advantage.

  • Team Management & Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring cohesion, high performance, and personal growth.

    • Champion a culture of continuous innovation, curiosity, and professional development within your teams.

    • Foster an environment of trust, freedom, and open communication, enabling team members to share ideas, take ownership, and excel in their respective domains.

    • Attract top industry talent and nurture a community of creative thinkers and doers who thrive on delivering meaningful, personalized experiences.

  • Performance & Results:

    • Set clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics for the Experience Architecture division, and regularly report on progress to the Co-CEO and management team.

    • Oversee effective resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

    • Continuously refine processes, methodologies, and frameworks to enhance delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term business value.

 

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in digital strategy, UX, marketing technology, or related domains.

  • Proven success in managing challenging digital transformation projects and guiding clients through strategic decision-making processes.

  • Strong background in technology stacks, open-source platforms, and familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, foster personal connections, and create long-term client relationships.

  • Solid track record of developing and closing strategic accounts, as well as inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage at C-level and facilitate high-impact workshops.

  • Passion for learning, growth, and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
