Robbie joined Dropsolid in March 2025 as a Customer Support Representative. He is the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance, resolving support tickets, and ensuring smooth follow-ups. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, he plays a key role in delivering a seamless support experience.
Before joining Dropsolid, Robbie built extensive experience in customer service and operations during his 12 years as a salesman and assistant manager. His background in client support and planning has given him a solid foundation in problem-solving and communication.
Outside of work, Robbie is passionate about music and enjoys deejaying, cycling, traveling, and cooking. Whether (board) gaming or going out for a party, he always finds ways to stay engaged and enjoy life.
