Dieter is the Technical Director at Dropsolid, where he combines his extensive expertise in software architecture, Drupal development, and DevOps to support the technical team in delivering top-tier digital solutions. Since taking on this role in July 2023, Dieter has been instrumental in guiding the technical strategy and ensuring that Dropsolid’s digital products meet and exceed customer requirements. His practical approach to software architecture focuses on creating usable products that align with client needs, making him a pivotal figure in the company's ongoing success.

Before becoming Technical Director, Dieter served as a Technical Coach and Senior Drupal Developer at Dropsolid, where he played a key role in mentoring developers and overseeing complex projects. His passion for Drupal, coupled with his experience in server infrastructure and (mobile) web solutions, has allowed him to contribute significantly to the growth and innovation at Dropsolid. Prior to his tenure at Dropsolid, Dieter gained extensive experience as Drupal Architect, during which he ensured quality, timely delivery and long-term viability of web solutions using Drupal as the open-source CMS as the foundation.

With a strong background in research and academia in a national and international context, Dieter’s deep technical knowledge is complemented by his experience in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects. His career is marked by a dedication to both technical excellence and practical, user-focused design.
