Are you (almost) graduated and eager to start your career in sales? During this paid traineeship, you can build your sales skills, discover your strengths and talents, and get to know the digital market. It’s the perfect springboard to a job as a Sales Development Representative, Account Manager, or Business Developer.
Together with your fellow trainees, you’ll embark on an intensive training program where the basic principles of sales are taught. The training program includes group training, one-on-one coaching, self-study, video materials, practice, and evaluation sessions. Additionally, you’ll work daily with our enthusiastic and ambitious ten-person sales team, who will be happy to guide you and answer all your questions.
At the end of your traineeship, you will become a permanent member of our sales team.
Job requirements
- You have (or are close to obtaining) a higher education degree and/or have some initial commercial work experience.
- You’re eager to discover (or further explore) the exciting world of sales and learn the tricks of the trade.
- With your infectious enthusiasm, you excel at building relationships. Customer satisfaction comes naturally to you.
- You have a strong sense of self-confidence complemented by a healthy dose of creativity.
- You’re a driven goal-getter who, together with the sales team, strives to achieve the desired commercial results. You also enjoy working as part of a team.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- You have an interest in software, digital services, and IT.
