New beginnings…

Boplan’s management is defining a new business strategy with lead generation at its core. The brand identity is being upgraded, leading to a marketing rebranding. To support this, Dropsolid has scaled the Drupal website to develop a broad and future-oriented array of functionalities, such as integrating Bynder for optimal image management and linking with the CRM for a smart synergy between marketing and sales.

Marketing with impact

All marketing efforts are integrated into the new web platform, making lead generation measurable. In the first week after the launch campaign on social media, marketing experts were thrilled with the smooth lead generation: 63 potential customers were identified on the platform and directed through the CRM, allowing targeted follow-up by the sales team.

Fluid design

Boplan’s marketing experts aim for total design freedom, flexibility in creating landing pages, and the integration of animation effects to present their products in an original and appealing way. To meet these desires, Dropsolid applied fluid design, the perfect marriage of design and functionality. The result is a striking and unique, “sexy” website in the B2B market!

Seamless offline and online integration

Trade shows are an essential pillar of Boplan’s sales strategy. At their booths, they showcase a seamless integration of offline and online customer experiences. Marketers provide a digital billboard where visitors can use the impact calculator to receive a transparent and fully personalized proposal! Salespeople at the booth use tablets to fill out web forms, capturing mobile data as well. Each application has an appropriate form that guides visitors through a tailored customer journey to the right solution. All collected data is stored in the CRM, and even anonymous visitors are tracked within an assigned segment.

Looking to the future

Starting in September, Boplan is diving into digital advertising and dedicated landing pages in seven languages, including Japanese! The website now serves as the central content hub, reaching a global market, even in countries without an active sales department (for now). They are enhancing all possible touchpoints, useful customer segments, lead-scoring customer journeys, SEO advertising, impactful email marketing campaigns, and lead generation with content tailored by language and audience. Next year, the digital platform will include a supplier and customer portal. Boplan is prepared to create a seamless digital experience through strong personalization and smart data usage, resulting in optimal lead scoring—the focal point of their business strategy.
