Erika is a Service Delivery Manager at Dropsolid, where she has been leading and overseeing a variety of challenging development projects since February 2021. 

In her role, Erika excels in managing complex digital experience platforms for renowned companies, as well as more straightforward websites for SMEs. Her responsibilities include acting as the project manager for these diverse initiatives, leading a talented team of web developers, and serving as the account manager for clients who entrust their projects to Dropsolid. Erika’s focus is on ensuring that each project is delivered with the highest quality and that customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.

Before rejoining Dropsolid in 2023, Erika gained extensive experience as a Service Manager, where she was responsible for managing client services, organizing service review meetings, and ensuring the quality of deliveries. 

Her experience spans various industries, where she developed a strong foundation in process management, quality assurance, and customer relations. This diverse background enables Erika to navigate complex projects and client relationships with ease.
